Covid 19 – Our response
We have taken the Government’s latest guidance seriously and with effect from today (24 March 2020), all of the Board’s operations have ceased. Although the office is closed to ratepayers, you are still able to post correspondence through the letterbox at 47 Norfolk Street or email the office at email@example.com. Staff working from home will then deal with these enquiries.
The Board have made this move to protect the safety and security of our employees and their families and to ensure we have healthy staff available to deliver essential services such as pumping and vegetation control.
This arrangement will remain in place until further notice.
